I found the above link when I was looking at videos at Jay Leno's garage website.  Its a 4 year degree granting college in Kansas that offers a degree program in automotive restoration.   You can get a 4 year B.S. degree in an automotive related specialty.

I have never heard of another liberal arts college offering something like this before.  Back when I was looking at colleges to go to after high school, if you were a "gear head" the only real option was going to community college.  There you could get a certificate or Associates degree in auto tech, auto body repair, diesel tach or parts sales like I did.  But if you were looking at a 4 year school there was really no programs or anything that I could find for students interested in cars. Its good to see that automitve restoration industry has really taken off.  I am glad to see others out there are interested in this and that there are options out there for students.
